SMOKER SPECIFICATIONS
- Stick Burner only
- Reverse /cross flow design. Designed after the Lang 60” deluxe
- Main chamber is 32” diameter x 58” long, 3/16” steel
- 1/4" steel deflector plate with 1 ½” grease drain and brass ball valve
- Tank area below deflector plate is supplied with 1 ½” drain to allows wash-out of soot as needed
- Main cook surface is 53” wide x 30” deep (nearly 1600 sq. inches) with #9 flattened expanded metal and 1x1x1/8 all welded support frame
- Upper level cook surface is 43” wide x 20” deep, built same as main cook surface, with 3 different height adjustments
- 6”, schedule 10 steel smoke stack with adjustable damper and adjustable draft collar
- 12” wide x 52” long stainless-steel prep table
- Flat black, high temp paint
- Fire box is ¼” steel, 24” wide x 18” tall x 18” deep with heavy duty grate made from rebar
- Fire box door is 1/4” steel with adjustable (sliding) dampers and simple door lock mechanism
- Fire box includes draft fan adapter to fit the BBQ GURU 25CFM, PIT VIPER fan
- Warmer box is 1/4” steel, 24” wide x 40” tall x 18” deep. Includes 2 thermometers and dampers that allow heat and smoke to be directed into warming areas. You can actually cook in these areas
- Warmer box includes 4 shelves and 6 different height adjustments

TRAILER SPECIFICATIONS
- Custom designed built using heavy gage structural steel tubing, #9 expanded, flattened metal and continuous welding
- Painted with automotive, gloss black finish
- Fenders
- 2” trailer coupler with lock
- Complete lighting package with standard 5-pin plug PLUS round-style adapter
- Leveling is accomplished using heavy duty trailer jacks with swivel wheels located at 3 points
- Heavy duty axle and wheels set using 15” wheels with ST205/75D15 tires
- Spare tire included, with lug wrench
- Water tight accessory storage box mounted on front
- Fire extinguisher included

CONTROLS (included)
- BBQ GURU DigiQ DX2 controller
- 25 CFM Pit Bull Blower
- Meat and smoker temperature probes
- 12 volt transformer power supply

COOKING WOOD (included)
- Nearly a chord of 1+ year old seasoned, dry hickory
