Hello all, Newbie from MD spent the last few months getting ideas from the forums here and making mods to a new oklahoma joe longhorn. I seasoned it over the weekend and would love to share some pictures. Please tell me what you guys think. Temp held around 230-260 for a four hour burn.

It looks terrific, nice yard to relax and cook in. Have you made your first things on it yet? How did it go? Those do have somewhat of a learning curve, but once you get it it makes some darn good food!

Where in Maryland are you? I am over in Elkridge...

Hello bigfoot, I in upper marlboro. I smoked two chickens over the weekend and they turned out good, I had a problem with heat but as we talk I am installing new gasket on my doors to help seal up my smoker.
