Hello, smoking is good Mkay!

Hi all, Doug here, living in Southern, Ontario, Canada.  I'm using my old Thermos BBQ currently to smoke meat.  Seems to work for chicken and salmon and that's good enough for the girls I go out with.  It has a high lid, so I can rack things up to stay smokie.

I'm a newbie and will be asking many questions.  I look forward to getting to know some of you as I learn. Thanks in advance.

Cheers.
