I live in Northern MN and have been reading this site for a few months now, Intend doing a few modifications to my Char Grill er when I get home and trying some of the tips I have got of this site. I have only been smoking for a couple of months with one success and a couple of failures. Oh well I will get it if I persist which I intend to do. Thanks to everyone with all the great information.
