Hello. My name is Jody. I live in upstate ny. I am planning and creating a new catering business which I hope to officially stay next spring. I am starting the paper work and designing my trailer. I will be doing things mainly in a bacon theme. But do wish to also incorporate smoking a well. Here for ideas and help. New to smoking so have lots to learn this winter. Thanks
