I've been talking about buying a new smoker this fall. Well, I thought I would share with you what I really want!

This is from a tractor dealer here in Topeka. They brought this out to a Safe Streets event a while back. I had forgotten about the pictures until I was burning some to CD.

This thing was drawn out on the parking lot using chalk and then the welders went to work. The tables swing out of either side. The large metal cabinet in front holds 6 coolers like in the 4th picture. It has two turkey fryers on it as well. Pretty awesome if you ask me.

You are right, it is a grill and not a smoker. Proving that even something that sweet could stand to be improved.

Maybe you can throw one of your GOSM units on it and convert it!
