hello everyone my name is Jason i just got into smoking i live in Lusk,Wyoming .i have 3 young children that love jerky so i got a deer this year and I'm building a smoker so i can make us all jerky once i figure it all out i want to try hams and Turkey for the holidays should be interesting.
