Notification bar missing?

Just a heads-up.  Are you guys updating the site?

It looks like they are - for you notifications go to the far right at top and you will see a small icon looks like my is my profile picture put your cursor over that and notifications are there - this is how mine is working right now anyways.

Found it.  Its barely visible.  One little white box on the brown header.
