Nothing special but eggs with white cheddar cheese

Like I said it’s nothing special but I found a new love in the form of white cheddar cheese. Never had it before trying eggs with it last weekend at breakfast. Decided to make some myself and top it with white cheddar. Also whipped up some potatoes and topped them with the cheese too. Not sure why I never tried it before but I love it.

Any cheese is amazing, but we do tend to get white cheddar very often Nice looking plate to start a day!

One can never go wrong with Eggs and cheese! Lots of days after working 12 hrs I'll scramble up a couple or 6 eggs with cheese. A couple pieces of toast and call it good.

This was sharp cheddar. I feel like I’ve been hiding in a hole never trying it. Especially since my favorite snack is the Smartfood “white cheddar popcorn”

Basically the only difference in yellow and white(modern times) is the color. Annatto is the coloring agent most cheese makers use. Everything else is the same when comparing white to yellow.
