Well just wanted to say hello!

I have limited smoking experience mostly with an electric bullet smoker with very mixed results. After lurking for a few days here decided to drop the hammer and purchased a Camp Chef Smoke Vault 24".

Just finished assembly and am now going through the seasoning. I think the first victim will be some venison snack sticks. Don't want to rush into anything here..
