Thought I would sign up. Looks to be a lot of information to learn on the site. Pretty much starting from scratch. Did play with a Lil Chief growing up, but never seriously smoked anything.

Just got a new smoker as a gift, a Masterbuilt 20051311. Looks like I am in for a bunch of fun...
