Walk in cooler. Almost done with building. Cooler working great. Already processed this year’s deer. I still have one more doe tag to fill. Going to grind a steer for burger soon and fatten one for butchering come February
Out of a convenience store that had closed. It was 8'x24' with glass beverage doors in the front. Cut it down to 8'x12' and took out the glass doors.Now that is nice !
Where did you find the cooler ?
There's very little difference, they all have the same basic muscle groups. The biggest difference will be size...Looking forward to learning how to butcher cattle and hogs. Have always butchered our own deer.
