Hey folks -

I trolled the site after determining to get a new smoker.  I have kids and a busy life style so I decided to go with an electric Bradley to take the risk out of the joys of smoking.

I married a girl with family that has a heritage of good 'Q and love the challenge of meeting/beating their expectations.  Sauces will be my next challenge as I now cheat with the sauces from a local group (I'll get there - One mastery at a time).

The Bradley has experienced a busy first month with more than 20lbs of meat.  A boston butt was used to truly season the smoker after the initial break-in.  I've have since followed up with spareribs and our St Patty's Day 5.5 lb Corned Beef.

Look forward to contributing and thank you for making this a great spot to get ideas.  There seams to be a great mixture of folks that add to the site.
