Well on shift today so no smoking, however I can do my second favorite hobby, freshly roasted coffee. Nothing better than sweet spot of 2 weeks off roast and ground with a quality grinder. Treating my coworkers to a new experience.

Nice. I started buying espresso roast beans from a local cafe, and they are roasted daily. Fresh beans...that has changed my life. I have a Breville Dual Boiler and Breville Smart Grinder Pro.

I used to buy fresh roasted beans from this old coffee house/ burger joint in SF called Red's Java House.
Although I don't drink nearly as much coffee as I did when I was working.
At home I drink a lot of sun tea this time of year.
I've been going to Red's since I was a little kid buying coffee for my Noni's restaurant.
Up until the early 2000's at lunch time a burger, bag of chipand a can of beer cost $3.50 a double burger chips and can of beer was $4.00. I bet it's $12.00 or more now. Sad!!!

I just looked it up it's $14.00 for the burger and beer lunch spiecal.
