Thanks for posting Crazy! I just bought some casings and stuffing horn cleaner sets on sale at TSM. But took forever to arrive with free shipping...I think donkeys must have packed them south! LOL!!!

@JIMSMOKES Only ordered seasonings from TSM once before and that was for a breakfast sausage. It seemed "weakish" at recipe strength but when I asked on this forum, most used 120% of the recipe amount to get a good breakfast sausage.

Flavor was good...maybe a tad salty at 120%.

TSM also sells VEGETABLE CASINGS - the only place that I can find them. Super important for people with alfa gal syndrome!

JS, I use their breakfast seasoning at normal strength and enjoy it. Most sausage seasonings that I don't make myself come from PS Seasoning.

Midwest bratwurst
All good ones in my opinion .

Thanks. What little breakfast sausage I've done was pops 621 as a base. I've looked hard at PS but haven't pulled the trigger.
