Nice run in the smoker - chicken, sausage, jalapenos

It's been so hot I needed to minimize my time outside so I smoked a mess of things to help bridge the week for us. Nothing fancy, just good eats.

A variety of sausages, should have found something else to finish loading it up.

Thighs and drums.

Jalapenos for salsa.
Was able to scavenge enough stuff from the garden to make that happen.

And we went ahead and pulled our carrots, nice bunch and they smell so good compared to store bought.

It was a pretty good weekend!

Nice idea . Same here , it's brutal .
Had the Performer fired up yesterday to do some pinwheel sausage .
Instant read laying on the table . Good thing I was cooking in the

Wow, that’s crazy! Stay cool Rich… we are looking at triple digits here at the end of the week last I checked. So dry and smoky!
