Today I smoked baby backs on a Weber 22" kettle with Cherry wood using the 2-2-1 method. I was surprised how moist and tender they came out. I have read quite a bit here and contacted a few people on here as well and I would like to thank you all for your help. Rob

Looking good and nice smoke ring.

Yep, I like cherry on BBs too. Nice smoke flavor without over powering the flavor of the ribs.
Those are lookin' mighty invitin' !!!!

Heck ya! Fine looking ribs! As long as you and anyone that ate them loved them is most important. The rest of us just like to drool over pics!

Thanks Ryan. Everyone that tried them enjoyed them. My only regret was that I didn't smoke more.
