Hey y'all. I've been just backyard smoking with my buddies for about 5 years now. We don't have many methods or recipes. It seems to be more of an excuse to hang out and drink beer all day regardless of how good the food is. Anyways now that I'm growing up and don't drink much anymore id like to really start getting into smoking and get a surefire method and recipe.
