I'm guessing the newbie status somewhat bothers you, no worries though. Like the others said, participate in the forums, help others by answering their questions, get your post numbers up and it will eventually change.
We have all been newbies on the site at one time or another, well except for Dutch and Jeff probably.

Well except for me. I started as Super Moderator and have been working my way back down the ladder. Just teasing.

Yep, just be more involved and be sure to share your smoking experiences with plenty of qview and you'll not only loose the "Newbie" moniker but you'll get more of those little green squares and hopefully someday be able to sport the OTBS logo under your name too.

I think in your user cp you can type in what ever you like , but not sure.
