Hi;

Just a quick note of thanks to a great forum, that made my first smoker and smoke a sucess.

Reading here helped me get out of the box and smoking.

The mods for my Master Forge worked like a charm and gave me the ability to control the temp with ease.

As an IT Pro the one thing that I tell everyone is READ THE WINDOWS....same thing goes here a little reading and paying attention to those in the know will make life much easier.

My first smoke chick quarters and they turned out perfect!! (at least for our taste)

I look forward to being a contributor and reading even more.

Again Many thanks to this Forum and it's members for the knowledge they share.

Hello fellow Canadian. I am relatively new to smoking and I have learned so much from this site. The food I have smoked has improved so much with the information in the forums and the help of the generous members. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.
