[still smoking]

hi just joined, I'am retired came from eastern Canada about 10 yrs ago where the nice maples grow & am in western Saskatchewan on the Alberta border now,between my son ,son inlaw & myself 3 deer,1 beef 5 hogs & a moose went into the freezer since Octorber so putting meat on the smoker is not a problem but getting good meat off might be a little challenging as this is new to us.
