Hey folks. Name is Chuck and I live in So. California. I have a simple backyard smoker, but would love to upgrade as I gain experience. Most of my smoking has been with a stovetop smoker doing salmon, chops, chicken. Looking forward to learning from the forum and sharing some of my adventures in smoking!
