Hey ladies and gents,

New to smoking. I love grilling. I converted a brand new Brinkmann smoke n grill charcoal into a propane burner. I've done one 7.5# boston butt and it turned out great!! i'm about to do 2 9.5# pork shoulders this weekend and looking forward to learning all the tricks of the trade.

Happy Smoking!
