Hey Everyone!  I'm new to smoking and have found the forums extremely helpful.  I have a small Masterbuilt smoker (thought it'd be best to start small).  I made my first pork picnic shoulder yesterday and it was fan-freaking-tastic! Looking forward to trying something new next week and utilizing all the great info folks are posting on the forums to guide me.

Hey Jojo! Glad to hear the pork shoulder went well!  I just started two fatties.  One with Ham/Cheddar?onion and the second with pepperoin/pepper cheese.  Tell us some more about your shoulder, what kind of rub?  How long did it take?

Glad it turned out well!
