Newbie Just starting in Tennessee!!

Hello all, I have been reading all these post in here for about 2 months now & my MES is on its way and I can't wait to get started!! I feel like I am a pro already with all I have learned from everyone here. I have my ET-73, wood, etc all ready to go!!! Just wish the MES came already seasoned.....but I guess that is part of the learning process, don't want to skip any steps!
