New smoker in Washington.
Used to smoke alot when I was a kid with my dad.
Got started again here in my back yard and am excited to try a few new recipes other than fish and ribs. Game hens are next on my agenda.
Any ideas or recipes?

Welcome to SMF!. Great group here with lots of knowledge to lend.

Just did 4 pheasants... the "secret" I use is I brine 'em with spices then brush 'em with bacon grease before I smoke 'em. Keeps 'em nice and moist.

Nice to have you on board. How about a name to go with the screen name.

Take a look at Jeff's free 5 day eCourse. It is full of good information to get you started. I know you will like it here.
