Newbie in Madison, WI

Hey all! 

My name is Tammy and I'm in Madison, WI, and I grill all year long!

I do a bit of smoking on my Weber Platinum 6 propane grill, but just got a new Cajun Injector electic smoker for Christmas.  A friend told me electric is the way to go because it's just set it and forget it.  I broke it in today w/ a couple racks of ribs.  Seemed to do all right, but once I get my propane grill set at the temp I want it's basically forget it as well.

I was searching for some recipes and found this site.  I look forward to all that I can learn here!
