Hi I'm glad to be here, i got some good info on smoking chicken today. It's on the grill and looking(and smelling goood). I'm smoking on a grill now and like to get feedback on what type of smoker to look into. I'm a little reluctent to use electric or pellets, am I too old school.  Thanks Keith

hi keith and welcome...i have a brinkmann smoke n grill...at first it was rather iffy as far as staying hot, etc...i did the modifications you can read about here and it works like a champ now.....its a charcoal smoker and i have used apple, pecan and mesquite wood with great success!!! good luck in your quest....georgenathrop, co
