Hey,
Just wanted to say hi to everyone, and introduce myself, I'm a huge fan of everything low and slow and everything to do with bbqing, Now for those of you that don't know Winnipeg is known from going to extreme hot +40C to extreme cold - 40C which would equate to 104F and -40F. Regardless of the weather I'm out there firing up the coals and grilling some meat.
I still consider myself an amateur when it comes to smoking meat and have lots to learn I currently use a standard barrel BBQ nothing special but it does the trick.
My passion is to open up a small catering business and provide smoked meat to Winnipeg, for the past year or so I've been honing my skills.
I'm currently researching trailer pits something on the smaller end I was hoping to get some help from the forum on which company to go with, I've looked on-line at a couple of places pits by JJ and Jambo pits. With the vast experience on here maybe I could get some input on what would be right for me.
