Newbie from Western Wyoming

Just beginning to dabble into smoking meats. I had an inexpensive electric smoker given to me a month ago. I am a bit of a food snob, and like to eat so as you can imagine my poor wife gets to try random things on occasion.

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
