hello all. I've been on the SMF for a few weeks now and just making my way over hear to roll call. So here's a little about me...

I've been smokin for about 3 years now on a propane fueled smoker. I'm about to pull the trigger on a new electic smoker and doing research on them right now.

I really enjoy the recipes and the massive info on this forum...
