Newbie from NW Oklahoma

My name's Chris and I kind of found this site by accident, but glad I did. Looks like it's full of great info. I've been grilling for years, but never really got into smoking. Finally ran across a deal on a smoker a friend had and decided to jump in. I really don't need another hobby, but at least I can eat this one.

Anyhow...you probably won't hear much from me for awhile while I read up and get the feel for the place, but I'm sure I'll have questions along the way.
