Newbie from North Dakota

I LOVE to smoke meat and enjoy the great outdoors.

I've been smoking now for a couple years and decided it's time to start building what I want. I'm starting with a 120 Gallon vertical propane tank that I'll be converting into a horizontal reverse offset smoker.

Can't wait to tap into all the great info I've found on here already.
