Hello Everyone! Name is John, live in a town just outside of Kansas City. I have been lurking the forums for a few weeks and decided to create a account and join in on the fun. I have been smoking meat for about a year using my Char-griller Super Pro. This week I decided to step things up a bit and went for a MES 30 from Lowes since they would on sale. Going to smoke a whole chicken using Jeff's Smoked Maple Barbecue recipe and two racks of ribs. Figured since this is my first smoker I would go electric till I learn more.
