Hi everyone, I'm new to smoking and meat processing and while studying methods of this art on internet, utube etc I found this forum. Really great forum with lots of information, just scanning the threads. Happy to find SMF.
We do a lot of BBQ and I always wanted to learn how to smoke/preserve meat etc, and now we're living in the country and it became a possibility to get into it more seriously.
I do also food fermentation and canning and I'm satisfied when I can make good food, home made with my own resources and hands and make it better and cheaper than industrial products.
Sausages are also on my list to learn
