Newbie from Central Florida

Hi All:  Just joined today.  I'm Al Manning and live in Rockdale County, Conyers, GA about 25 miles East of Atlanta.  Have a Big Green Egg and a Weber gas grill.  Guess you could say my speciality is smoked salmon as that is what I do mostly.  But I enjoy grilling and smoking just about anything.  Looking forward to being a member of this forum.  I've been at this for a number of years but just got my BGE this spring.  Having to "relearn" some things.
