Just joined and hope to pick up some new ideas. Been doing BBQ competitions professionaly for the last couple of years, having a blast with it and winning a few here and there. Built a custom grill last year with a large insulated , charcoal gravity fed competition box controled by a computer, and an 1800 gallon induction grill fed by a wood fueled fire box. Its a pretty cool rig and is the result of many years of cooking on many different types of grills.
