Newbie from Canada, eh?

Hi everyone!
Really excited to have found this forum! Hubbie and I just got a traeger pellet grill, so far we love it. I'm usually the one that makes all the rubs/marinades and then husband takes credit for "cooking" it, lol

Making our first real pulled pork tomorrow for Canada day, super excited (I have made them in a crockpot before, which is a weak replacement, I know)

I'm from ottawa Canada, winters are awfully cold here, but this year we'll warm up with smoked goods!!

Hello and welcome from East Texas. Crock Pot pulled pork is fantastic, but when you do it on the smoker it really kicks it up. Be sure and let us know how it turns out, and Pictures.  Good Luck
