Hello all, new to the forum. Stumbled across this site while doing some research for my new smoker build and saw that there was endless info on here. Live in a small town in ND and in the first stages of my smoker build. I just ordered the burner and regulator today, along with insulation. Smoker will be 33" w x 28"d x 70" h (inside dimensions) made out of steel with 3" of insulation. Hope it all works out.

If you didn't read the Terms of Service notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those pesky little rules before plunging into the forums. Rule #11......"Off Site Links are not allowed here at SMF" is something new. There are other simple guidelines for all of us to remember as we interact here.
