Hey guys, Mike from right outside Philadelphia,PA here. Just got an electric smoker for Christmas and don't know much about smoking but learned a lot from these forums already. I made beef jerky last weekend with mesquite chips and it turned out really well. Making a beef brisket for New Years and can't wait to taste it. It's good to be part of the forum, I hope to learn a lot and meet some friends along the way!
