Hey all. New guy here from Cincinnati Ohio. I picked up a electric cajun injector double door smoker two weeks ago. I cooked my first pork butt last Saturday. Besides taking longer than I thought it turned out real good. My wife wasn't sure how she would like it. She had never had real smoked food just liquid smoke. She loved it so that was a real plus. Looking forward to learning from everyone on here. I will also be doing a pork tendorloin this weekend for my mom and stepdad. I'm looking for a good recipe so feel free to help me out.
