Hello,

My name is Eric and I just got a Landmann 38" Two drawer Vertical Smoker. I love to BBQ on my Weber Genesis and am now looking forward to learning how to make a variety of smoked meats, cheeses and nuts! I have been reading the forum for a couple weeks now and have learned quite a bit already, can't wait to start smoking.

Happy Q'ing,

Eric
