Hello all, my name is Jerry Happe and I am from Evansville, IN. I am 54 yrs. old and work in Production. I am new to this smoker building but am anxious to give it a whirl. My experience in cutting and welding is very minimal. I do have the guidance of my Dad and  neighbor, both with welding experience.

I have obtained a 275 gal. fuel oil tank which I want to convert to a reverse flow smoker.

Welcome to the board, Jerry! I want to see your part of the Ohio valley. I'm up in the headwaters, on the Scioto.

BTW look up "deep stage ohio" for some mind-blowing geology.
