hello all. yes im new here and would like to make sure everyone was aware of the NYC Hot Sauce Expo. i had the privilege of making it to the second annual last year. WOW. tons of great great stuff. reason why i bring it up is because its only the third annual and i thought many people probably havent heard of it. do a google search and check out their site for everything you need to know. happy cookin all.
