New Years Pulled Pork

    Started with a skin on shoulder.


    Removed skin.


    Rubbed lightly with Jacks Stacks.


    Going on my UDS.

    20° and snow here too. I also got a 8.5 butt in the MES40 I bought myself for Christmas......(maiden voyage) and using a amnps that a got from Todd about a year ago and finally got it out of the box.
    Smoker is working like a charm, and the verdict is still out on the MES.

    I use my drum most of the time unless I need perfect temps then the MES comes out.

    Here it is off the smoker.  IT of 195. I pulled it cause I ran out of charcoal.

    Wrapped it and put in the cooler to rest.  I am sure it will pull just fine.

    Pulled pics in a couple hours.

    [​IMG]I was going to do New Years pulled pork, but my Traeger hot rod burned out, and I couldn't use the smoker.  I had to do the pork in the oven, it was still "OK" but no smokey goodness.

    Yours looks great.  Enjoy!!
