Trying to assemble my system, but am wondering the difference between these two PIDs.

It will be running a 110V(I hope 110 will heat the cabinet enough) element in a 6' commercial Warmer.
Aside from this, the Bluetooth alarm notification system, the vents and the smoke generator, is there anything else I should need?
Any Bluetooth suggestions?
