New traeger and new to tri tip

So I got a traeger for my birthday on Thursday and my wife bought me a tri tip to go along with it.

I've done a ton of reading but couldn't find an answer to my exact question.

I like my tri tip medium and my wife likes it medium rare. I want to do a reverse sear after it's done smoking.

What temp should I pull it at to achieve what I want and how long should I sear it per side?

I would say bring it up to 100-110 Then sear a few minutes a side. Can you turn it 4 times?

Don't see tri tips here, but that's what I do for tenderloin
