Hi Everyone,

I have recently purchased a Masterbuilt Digital smoker 30" 4 rack ....I have always loved smoked meats and seafood's and was inspired by my neighbor who has been smoking salmon lox for years and has mastered it to a perfection. I live on Vancouver Island ,British Columbia, Canada so seafood is abundant here....I recently did some smoked oysters from a post i found on here and they turned out pretty good for a rookie smoker :).I am currently doing beef jerky from recipes I have found on YouTube. I find smoking meats to be very exciting its a great talent and its something I am looking to mastering  it only comes from hands on experience and from other pros sharing their recipes and wisdom....Looking forward to sharing many.
