Hey fellas and ladies, my name is Scott, I live in the GWN in Saskatchewan to be exact.  I have been egging for over 2 years now and I love it, but I have been toying with the idea of stepping up my game and building a brick smoker.  This site seems to have the most info and helpful members on that topic as well as others.
