Hi everyone,
New to the site and forums but not new to smoking food. I have 2 smokers, a vertical gas and an electric. Both have their goods and bad just need to know what end result you want in the meat as to which i use. I live in Virginia,USA. Love the new ideas and thoughts i've read on this site. Have been smoking food for about 6 years now. Not sure what else to tell about myself but i may be of help to some and get help from others as that's what the forums are all about to me.
